The battery charge cabinet (including in the switching of the circuit breaker, the charge of the spare cell, the instruments in the second loop and other low voltage equipment) used in power plant, hydrostation and substation of voltage class 35kv, 220kv and 110kv in China at present, most of them adopt phase supply or saturating supply, which are limited to the technology and the device performance. There are many disadvantages of the above power supplies and they can not meet the requirements of the rapidly developing power engineering. The high-frequency switch supply has the advantages of small volume, light weight, high efficiency, quite low output wave, quick modal response, high control accuracy and module added output, and it is the trend that the high-frequency switch supply will replace the phase supply gradually. Especially with the rapid development of the power electronic technique and the improvement of the power and device workmanship, the reliability and the application area of the high-frequency switch supply far better than that of the phase supply and the saturating supply.

Application
This product conforms to the specification of GB/T8456-1996 "low voltage DC switchgear".
The charging unit of this product can be high-frequency charging module and phase controlled charger.
The microcontroller of this product can be PLC controller type and SCM type.
GZDW series DC power supply panel is applicable to 10kv to 500kv substation, power plant, high buildings, the distribution room of the residential district and small self-contained power plant, as the high voltage switch, relay protection, operating of the automatic equipments, control supply and accident mains lighting supply. It is also applicable to other occasions that DC power supplies are needed.

General
High frequency charging module adopts three-phase three-line balance input without middle wire current lost. At the AC input terminal, the advanced peak suppressor and EMI filter circuit are adopted. To take the MOFEI as the main element, adopting PWM PDM high frequency technology and AC/DC→DC/AC→AC/DC transformation, with autonomous current equalization to fulfill N+1 redundant backup. Electric heating plug can be adopted and it is no need to be adjusted after finish setting.
