(4) The charging system of the mining lamp charging cabinet adopts a switching power supply with high efficiency, low noise, and wide voltage design. It has short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, overload and temperature protection functions.
(5) Charging protection circuit, the charging rack AC and DC output and input voltage digital meter display is more intuitive. Each lamp position LCD display shows employee information (name, job type, rack number) and other functions.
(6) Each lamp position is locked with a magnetic code lock. Each lock corresponds to a key. The lamp room manager is equipped with a magnetic key and can open each lamp position lock at any time. At the same time, when the key of a lamp position is lost, the lamp room manager can configure another one at any time, and the original key cannot be used anymore.

Technical parameters of charging rack
(1) The power supply of the charging rack is AC, with an operating voltage of 220V±15%/50Hz. (5V~6.5V mining lamp).
(2) The charging system of the charging rack adopts a switching power supply with high efficiency, low noise and wide voltage design, and has short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, overload and temperature protection functions.
(3) Maximum output current: ≥120A; the output voltage is 6V regulated, using two 300-6 power supplies
(4) Ensure sufficient charging capacity for each lamp (continuous use at high power for not less than 11 hours), and automatically stop charging when the battery is fully charged.
(5) Number of charging positions per charging rack: 100 positions, double-sided setting, 50 positions on each side. Charging rack dimensions: height 2120mm×width 2200mm×depth 620mm. The smart charging cabinet features a two-in-one structure with front and back groups. The power supply is located on the side of the cabinet, and each group of 10 light positions operates independently. A failure in one group does not affect charging in other groups. The charging module uses plug-in connections for simple operation and easy maintenance. If a single light position fails, the charging module can be replaced without affecting charging in adjacent light positions. The cabinet has a side door structure, where the switching power supply, mainboard, and wiring are located. The bottom of the cabinet is 10 cm above the ground. Storage compartments cannot be installed underneath, and the space saved is used to increase the internal capacity of each small door.
